mharp:

Ensō is an expression of the moment. It symbolizes the absolute enlightenment, strength, elegance, the universe, and the void. In Zen Buddhist painting, ensō symbolizes a moment when the mind is free to simply let the body/spirit create. True creativity is not the product of consciousness but rather the phenomenon of life itself.

Good poses! I would know from experience… And I am suffering from a spinal fracture ! I’m in the worst pain of my life, but yoga has made me feel the best I’ve felt since my injury; and anytime before my injury. Physiotherapy wasn’t working.. And I was doing chiropractor every week. Now I go to chiropractor once a month.. And haven’t gone to physiotherapy in who knows HOW long. My depression and anxiety went from a 6, to a 3. I still have bad days of course, I’m still human.

(This is kinda a simple one bordering on Cheese but really you can do this with any one’s frequency, give them love or gratitude through the energy! ~ Ash)

Ancient spiritual teachings say that what we give to another person with a full heart returns to us a hundredfold. SO being grateful…
